Dr. Gregory Bowen (1876-1945) was an unmagical and adopted child of The Warren Wiccan Line who married Lola Mack a witch. He was the father of Phoebe Bowen. Her wife, Lola inherited the power of Cryokinesis which was passed on to their daughter. He was best friends with Gordon Russell, and Redmond Baxter, all of whom were the husband of his sisters, Agnes Bowen and Melinda Bowen.

He was also the uncle of both Priscilla Baxter and Pearl Russell.

She had two siblings Agnes Bowen and Gregory Bowen. She and Agnes had a very close relationship until Agnes claimed that Timothy McBride was their long-lost brother, and protected him from the rest of the family as long as she could, and as a result, was alienated from them.
