Alternate Prue Halliwell was the firstborn child and the eldest daughter of Phoebe Halliwell and her husband Coop, born in 2007. She is the older sister of Parker and Peyton Halliwell; the younger half-sister of Philippa Lawson and Colton Turner; and the sister-in-law of Mel Halliwell, Lucas Scott, and Bobby Hunter. She is named after her late aunt Prudence Halliwell.

P.J.'s death and Reborn

On May 5, 2035, P.J. has to save one of the charges who was in trouble because the demon was after them and sent to The Source. She brought them to her home to protect them from a demon who was after however demon crashed through the front door. P.J. recognized the demon because it was the same demon that killed her maternal aunt, Prue Halliwell once. Shax attempts to attack P.J.'s charges but P.J. uses her power however she fails and Shax attacks P.J., blasting her through a wall then Shax fires at P.J.'s charges, throwing them at the window. He smiles as he has completed his task. Shax then whirls out of the manor, slamming the Manor doors and shattering the glass; symbolizing the end of the Power of Three. By the time her sisters and Lucas orb back at the manor, P.J. had already died from blood loss and sustained injuries. 

After her death at the hands of a powerful demon Shax, she accepted a Cupid Ring and was reborn as a full Cupid and given the name Charlotte. However, getting this new destiny forbade her from ever seeing her loved ones again.

Colton Turner is the main antagonist in Season 3 of Charmed: The Next Generation.

Bio

He is the unborn son of Cole Turner and Phoebe Halliwell. His conception had been planned and manipulated by The Seer in an elaborate plan to create the first biological heir to the Source of All Evil.

The union between Cole, who was possessed by the Source of All Evil, and Phoebe, a Charmed One and former Queen of the Underworld, created a tremendous concentration of power. Their union created a powerful half-demon, a half-witch child whose power was tremendous and unmatched even from the womb. The Seer sought to be the mother of the child and believed she was more powerful than Phoebe, able to contain the power of the unborn child. Her plan backfired,d and she was vanquished by the Charmed Ones, leaving them to believe the unborn child had perished with The Seer.

Colton is the biological half-brother of P.J., Parker, and Peyton. He is also the third twice-blessed child known to exist.

Birth of Colton

Although Phoebe's son was thought to be dead, Phoebe found out and finally found him. She kept him hidden from others, and no one knew he was alive, not even her sisters or her husband, until her death.

Colton grew up far away from his real family and was adopted by a loving family until he found out who he was.

Billie Jenkins is a powerful witch, the daughter of Carl and Helen Jenkins and the younger sister of Christy. She is a close friend and ally of the Charmed Ones and a former member of the Chosen, alongside Duncan Phillips and Violet Morgan. She later became an agent for the MIND program of Homeland Security and eventually rose in rank to become a director.

At some point in her life, Billie had two children named Lexie and Charlie and also took in Lincoln Reed, forming a close bond with the young agent to the point where she considers him family.

Powers and Abilities

Active Powers:

• Telekinesis: The ability to move objects and beings with the power of one's mind alone. It can be channeled through the eyes or the hands. Billie had apparently learned to master this power quickly, given she used it to enhance her natural acrobatic and martial arts talents so that she could perform flips and other gravity-defying maneuvers.
• Deviation: The ability to use one's power to deflect magical energies back to the direction they came from. Billie can deviate powers such as fireballs by using Telekinesis.
• Enhanced Agility: An ability that provides the possessor with inhuman agility, reflexes, and speed. It allows one to perform incredible feats such as superhuman jumps and leaps without much effort.

• Projection: The ability to manipulate reality. It is channeled through imagination, high levels of emotions, and the will to let things happen. Billie requires an intense amount of concentration to employ this power effectively. By using power effectively, Billie has the potential to access a plethora of different powers.
• Astral Projection: The ability to project an astral form of oneself outside of the body.
• Augmentation: The ability to enhance the powers of magical beings or objects. Billie used this to help Christy defeat Pator.
• Live Draining: The ability to drain the life out of living beings. The first time Billie used Projection, she drained the life from a plant.
• Phytokinesis: The ability to grow, augment, or restore life to plants.
• Mind Manipulation: Billie accessed this power through Projection. She was able to stop the Charmed Ones from trying to kill her by changing their minds.
